NHS efficiencies 'too ambitious', says Lansley
Asking the health service to deliver efficiency savings of 拢22 billion is "too ambitious", while some A&E resources are "inadequate", says the former Health Secretary Andrew Lansley.
The Conservative peer spoke to Daily Politics presenter Jo Coburn about waiting times in hospitals and health spending.
