How might Britain's vote to leave the European Union, and the incoming Trump administration, affect security across Europe? Dan Damon spoke to Dr Henning Riecke, director of the US team at the German Council on Foreign Relations in Berlin, and Brendan Simms, professor of History at the University of Cambridge. He asked Professor Simms what he made of the idea floated by the head of the European Commission, Jean-Claude Juncker, that a post-Brexit EU should press ahead with the creation of a European army.
