Schools minister defends budget changes
Nick Gibb says ministers must "make sure schools are running as efficiently as possible".
The schools minister said funding changes in English schools are addressing "historic unfairness" and under-funding in some areas.
Daily Politics presenter Andrew Neil asked him about National Audit Office statistics suggesting there will be 拢3bn of cuts by the end of the decade, equivalent to real-terms cuts of 8% in funding.
