Essex cricketers visit children's ward

Cricketers from Essex have delivered Christmas presents to children being treated at Broomfield Hospital in Chelmsford.

The squad gave the young patients on the Phoenix Children's Ward a cuddly toy each.

Wicket-keeper Adam Wheater described the visit as fulfilling and worthwhile.
