How to beat the ticket touts
Musician Josh Franceschi and Conservative MP Nigel Adams on the legal and technological bid to stop touts getting hold of concert tickets, where some online sites can sell them at 20-times the face-value cost.
They spoke to Daily Politics presenter Jo Coburn, and guest MPs Stephen Crabb and Lisa Nandy, after they watched a film from the You Me At Six frontman about the bid to fine or jail the touts over the inflated prices.
