Undercover cop deception inquiry 'obstructed'
An inquiry into undercover police officers who had sexual relations with people they spied on is due to report by 2018.
"Lisa", one of the women who was tricked, tells the Victoria Derbyshire programme the inquiry is being deliberately obstructed by police.
