UKIP's Kassam: Farage 'put his neck on the line' for Trump
US President-elect Donald Trump has tweeted that "many people" would like to see Nigel Farage as the British Ambassador to America and he would do a "great job".
Former candidate for the UKIP leadership, Raheem Kassam, was with Farage when they met Trump in New York last week and believes the job would be reward for his "immense loyalty".
He added: "He has really put his neck on the line for this man, and I think this tweet from President-elect Trump reflects exactly what he thinks of Nigel Farage; that is that he is a very decent and loyal human-being".
