'Son could take own life' over extradition
A British man with autism says he'll appeal his extradition to the United States to face charges of hacking US government computers.
The Home Secretary, Amber Rudd signed an order on Monday for the extradition of Lauri Love, who has Asperger's Syndrome.
Lauri Love's father Reverend Alexander Love told Victoria Derbyshire the family is appealing the decision in the High Court because he believes his son may take his own life before the extradition happens.
The 31-year-old is accused of stealing huge amounts of data from US agencies including the Federal Reserve, the Department of Defense, Nasa and the FBI. If convicted it could result in a sentence of up to 99 years in prison.
