Changes to the free school transport system has "misled" parents and left some out of pocket, a father from Rettendon claims.

Last year, Essex County Council stopped providing free buses to children who live more than three miles away from their school.

The council says its agreement provides the best possible value for money for tax-payers, but Scott Wilson disagrees.
