Living under a curfew
The Home Office has been forced to review all curfews imposed on people who've left immigration detention - an investigation by the 麻豆社 has found.
It comes after the court of appeal ruled in March that the government had imposed the curfews without the legal power to do so.
Hundreds of people currently on immigration bail may have been wrongly placed under curfew and could now take legal action against the government because of what could be actions it took outside of the law.
