'Why I had to sue fundraiser'
When the disabled pensioner Alan Barnes was mugged outside his home last year, Gateshead beautician Katie Cutler was so upset she launched an online campaign.
She set up a charity, hired a publicist and raised over 拢300,000.
However, yesterday Katie lost a legal case over an unpaid bill she owed that publicist, Claire Barber.
Claire told us how she had to take action after Katie denied they'd ever had a contract.
