Remain-supporter Stephen Kinnock and Leave-backer Dominic Raab on the High Court ruling over the Article 50 court ruling, meaning MPs and possibly peers will have to back the trigger starting the UK's departure from the EU.

They spoke to Daily Politics presenter Andrew Neil after the court said the process cannot be determined by the government, despite the referendum in June, and discussed speculation the move could lead to an early general election.
