Conservative MP Oliver Letwin is asked about news-making moments in his career in government and opposition.

Daily Politics presenter Jo Coburn asked him about suggestions he disappeared in a election campaign after making claims about tax policy, and why he put letters from constituents in a park bin.

The West Dorset MP also spoke about his future plans for a "red tape institute" and writing books.
