Herman Mashaba: 'If Johannesburg works, South Africa works'
South African politics is going through a turbulent time at the moment. In local elections in August 2016, the ruling African National Congress (ANC) party lost control of three major urban municipalities, including the economic powerhouse of Johannesburg.
The 麻豆社鈥檚 Lerato Mbele asked the city's new mayor Herman Mashaba - from the opposition party, Democratic Alliance - what he was going to do to capitalise on the positive aspects of the city to attract more investment.
