Farron: 'If Labour won't oppose the government, Lib Dems will'
The Liberal Democrat leader, Tim Farron, has said his party now represents the only proper opposition to the Conservatives -- who he believes could be in power for another 25 years.
He described events in the Labour party as a tragedy for British democracy.
And Mr Farron said he hoped people would join his moderate, progressive opposition.
