Children as young as three struggling with body image
Some children are starting to worry about body image at a surprisingly young age according to a new study.
Research from the Professional Association for Childcare and Early Years (PACEY) suggests that children as young as three will sometimes refer to their 鈥渇at tummies鈥, with the problem getting more acute among six to 10-year-olds.
Joanna spoke to Dr Jacqueline Harding, who is from the charity which carried out the study and Kayleigh Hollingsworth, who is an Early Years Practitioner running a nursery in Scunthorpe.
