A motorcyclist who crashed with a lorry on the A12 says he wouldn't have survived without the protection of his leathers and helmet.

Daryn Clements, from Witham, was badly hurt when he was involved in the collision on the carriageway near Chelmsford on 16 August 2016.

He told Sadie Nine, from 麻豆社 Essex, it could have been a lot worse if he wasn't wearing the correct safety gear.
