'Terrible scenes' at fatal dog attack

A man who dialled 999 after a boy was fatally attacked by a dog in Halstead has described the "terrible scenes" that he saw.

Scott Noel, 19, said neighbours gathered around a "distraught" mother as people tried to save her son.

The three-year-old boy later died in hospital.
