One of the UK's most notorious radical clerics, Anjem Choudary, has been convicted of inviting others to support the so-called Islamic State.

Raffaello Pantucci is director of International Security Studies at the Royal United Services Institute. He explains how Choudary fostered support whilst being careful to avoid incriminating himself.
