'Focus on glass half full' over empty seats row - Rio spokesman
Every day at the Olympics the sight of hundreds of empty seats has prompted reporters to ask questions and organisers to claim they're doing all they can to fill the Olympic venues. Mario Andrada, chief spokesman of the Rio 2016 organising committee, tells us to 'focus on the glass half full'.
