Britain's High Street banks have been ordered by the Competition and Markets Authority to launch a technological "revolution", in an effort to promote better competition.

Professor of economics at Manchester University Diane Coyle and head of the British Bankers Association Anthony Browne discussed how this move might affect transparency and competition.
