We hear from the founders of two such firms - Craig Sams of chocolate maker Green & Blacks, and Zev Siegl of coffee retailers Starbucks. We ask how the two feel about having sold up their stakes in what were still relatively small operations, only to watch them balloon into the ubiquitous global brands they are today.

Meanwhile in India, Rahul Tandon reports on the country's unusual preference for size over efficiency.
