Tony Blair: UK should keep Brexit options open
Former prime minister Tony Blair has said "we should keep our options open" on the UK leaving the European Union.
He told the 麻豆社 the 48% who had voted to Remain felt "disenfranchised" and it was not clear "what we are moving to".
He said as the details of what Brexit meant for the country began to emerge: "If the will of the people shifts, why shouldn't we recognise that?"
Mr Blair also said that prime minister David Cameron should play a vital role in the negotiations.
