The British electorate voted to Leave the EU with a majority of 51.9%, compared to the Remain vote which stood at 48.1%. David Cameron announced his decision to step down as Prime Minister in October soon after the result, and negotiations to leave the Union will begin then. There was a turnout of 71.8%, with more than 30 million people voting. Callers Sukhi, Shaheed, Malik, Amarjit, and Ash spoke to Nihal about their views.
