Does a baby know how to mimic you from birth?
Pulling a funny face at an infant often results in them copying you. Claudia Hammond wonders whether they acquire this skill – or are born that way. A recent study has been done, with over 100 babies, and Janine Ooestenbrook from York University, explains that this test suggests babies may learn to imitate.
