Since FGM was outlawed in Egypt in 2008 the percentage of girls aged 15 to 17 who have had FGM has dropped from 75% to 60%. In this excerpt from The Inquiry, women鈥檚 rights activist Dalia abd El-Hameed says Egypt needs a sexual revolution if it鈥檚 to get that number down to zero.
