Claire Griffiths: 'I can pass on my experiencce'
Four-time, and soon a be five-time, Paralympian Claire Griffiths discusses her incredible journey to the GB squad, and how her experience can be passed on to a youthful squad.
"I got introduced to lots of sporting options, and fell in love with wheelchair basketball because of the physicality of it."
"It was a year from my accident that I joined the GB team. I was given great opportunities to get into sport which helped me get over that change in my life."
"Knowledge helps, I can share some of my experiences with teammates [from going to four Olympics, starting at Sydney in 2000]"
"What's nice is you meet young, new athletes who are excited about the journey they are about to go on."
