More than 400 people in Northamptonshire who skipped bail while facing or having been convicted of criminal charges are on the run - among more than 13,000 across England.
But despite the pressure on them, Northamptonshire Police has one of the best records in the country - with warrants being executed within an average of five days. That's the fastest level in England and much better than the national average of 20 days.
