Cameron Arnell
Cameron Arnell's life support machine was almost switched off, five years on, he's about to face the biggest challenge of his life.
He will be taking on one of the biggest physical tests of endurance and strength - the Ironman UK in Bolton - where he will swim, cycle and run over a 140 miles.
He's doing it to raise money for Headway Jersey, a charity which helped him learn to walk again after being in a coma.
He told Charlie McArdle his life story.
