Advice on academies for Morgan from Baker
Advice on academies for Education Secretary Nicky Morgan was offered from Ken Baker, who did the same job from 1986-89.
He spoke of modifications to her plans for schools in England and added: "I would have thought Nicky Morgan will be taking soundings among backbenchers already, and I think she will listen to their concerns to see how she can meet them."
