Welby Church and it's Lost Village
Welby is a long lost village nestling in open countryside between Melton and Asfordby.
There's nothing left of the village now, except for the church which for over four hundred years has survived without a village to nurture it.
However, with the love and attention of a small but very determined congregation drawn from the surrounding town and villages.
Well, it's a while since Ben last went down to see how work is going on to save it once again for future generations, so he popped out for a visit.
