Australian counterinsurgency expert David Kilcullen talks about working for US Defence
David Kilcullen is an expert in counterinsurgency and worked in Pakistan, Afghanistan & Iraq. In US State Department he was special advisor to General David Petraeus and Condoleeza Rice. He emphasises the need to try to understand the culture of the enemy. Can his ideas help win the wars in Afghanistan and Pakistan?
