Henry Moore sculpture 'desecrating' university campus
The sculptor Henry Moore is one of Britain's most celebrated artists, but students at Columbia University in the United States are less convinced.
Moore's Reclining Figure (1969-70) was donated to the college more than 20 years ago, and last month, the university announced the sculpture would be displayed in front of its Butler Library. But some students weren't impressed with the plan and launched a petition against the work which they said resembles a "poorly formed pterodactyl".
Ritula Shah spoke to Godfrey Worsdale, director of the Henry Moore Foundation and Columbia student Daniel Stone, who is one of the authors of an article protesting about the installation of the sculpture.
