Emmanuel Eboue's year long ban for failing to pay his former representative will make other top players "think twice", according to Ghanaian agent Oliver Arthur.

Eboue was told by both FIFA and the Court of Arbitration for Sport to recompense his ex agent Sebastien Boisseau but two years after the first ruling against him, the former Ivory Coast international has still not cleared his debt.

Sunderland have immediately moved to cancel his contract and Arthur says it's good news for agents around the world.
