Scottish Lib Dems offer 'big bold package'
Liberal Democrats are suggesting a 1% tax rise for Scottish education services in their bid for seats at the Holyrood elections in May.
Willie Rennie declined to a give a seat number prediction of MSPs, but dismissed a suggestion from Daily Politics presenter Jo Coburn that the party could be wiped out in the Scottish Parliament.
The Scottish leader said the party had had a "difficult five years" but had now turned the corner, as they spoke about the EU referendum and a potential second Scottish independence vote.
