Clashes and confrontations in the arts over plans to introduce Clause 28. The UK Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher has secured sponsorship for the arts while her government attempts to implement Clause 28, which will prevent local councils promoting homosexuality. Presented Nick Rankin.
