What chance of a Syrian ceasefire now?
Last week saw a moment of hope for Syria. An announcement that there'd be a truce. It wouldn't include all groups, like so-called Islamic State. But it would at least be widespread enough to allow humanitarian aid in. But since then, up to 50 people have been killed in missile attacks on at least four hospitals and a school. So talk turns to war crimes and a ramped up blame game. What next?
