麻豆社 rugby presenter John Inverdale says making Northampton Saints' Dylan Hartley England captain is an "inspired call" from new coach Eddie Jones.
Inverdale who will be fronting the 麻豆社's coverage of the Six Nations says Hartley could have been England captain "a while ago".
