Mobile speed camera increase 'enforcing the law... making sure we save lives'

The number of mobile speed camera vans on Northamptonshire's roads will double, under a new plan from Northamptonshire's police and crime commissioner.
Adam Simmonds says the money collected in fines will be used to pay for the vans - and that attitudes to speed need to change.
