Total is still investing in new projects, despite falling and unpredictable world energy prices. It's fired up a new gas plant on Shetland in the North Sea. The 麻豆社's Simon Jack speaks to Michael Borrell, senior vice president for Europe and Central Asia of Total's exploration and production business, and he reports on how the islands have made the most of their gas wealth.
