The cut of meat helping destroy the health of Tonga
'Mutton flaps are the discarded parts of the lamb that's not fit for consumption in New Zealand. Sunia Soakai, a health planning officer for the Secretariat of the Pacific Community, explains how cheap imports and meat with high fat content are part of the problem on Tonga, an island where 36% of the population suffer from type-2 diabetes and over 90% are overweigh.
