Canadian Inuit people protest against the banning of the import of furs to the EU from wild animals caught in lake hole traps, saying that it will put a stop to their traditional way of life.

Also on the programme Siberia's wildlife sanctuaries, the discovery that tropical rainforests act as a buffer against global warming and the international rescue operation to save a humpback whale, called Amy, in the Caribbean.
