MP refuses to answer quesitons about payments

The MP for Northampton South David Mackintosh declined to answer questions from Look East this morning in relation to payments made to his campaign funds before the General Election.

His local party received undeclared payments linked to a businessman involved in the redevelopment of the town's football stadium.

The matter is currently under investigation by the Conservative party.
