Saving the world from climate change isn't going to be cheap. So who are the business world's winners and losers following the global deal in Paris to limit carbon emissions?

The success of the Paris climate change deal effectively calls for wholesale transformations of energy, transport and many other lines of business. We speak to Anthony Hobley, CEO of The Carbon Tracker Initiative, a research house, about who wins and who loses in the business world following the Paris deal.

Also, from environmental pollution to noise pollution, Paige Hodsman from acoustic solutions manufacturer Saint-Gobain Ecophon, talks to us about what high noise levels do to employee productivity. And, Lucy Kellaway of the Financial Times tells us why the alternative - working from home - is not a sensible option long-term.
