The Coroner is produced by Birmingham's drama village - producer of Doctors, WPC 56 and the worldwide successes Father Brown and Land Girls.

The 10-part series follows the coroner, played by Claire Goose, as she investigates unresolved deaths in the fictional seaside town of Whitehaven. This while having to contend with working with her ex and dealing with a troublesome teenage daughter.
