India tax row not putting off Vodafone
Smartphone use in India is growing faster than anywhere in the world and its second biggest telecoms operator is British firm Vodafone - India鈥檚 largest foreign investor in 2014.
But while it sees India鈥檚 potential, it has also experienced first-hand the sometimes precarious nature of doing business there - not least its ongoing battle over a $3.2bn (拢2.1bn) tax demand that Vodafone is fiercely contesting.
The 麻豆社's Sameer Hashmi asked Vodafone's India chief executive Sunil Sood what he made of the row.
