On Friday Jersey will be at the centre of the South West Children in Need celebrations.

Fort Regent will host a big party that will also be broadcast across the South West of England, Channel Islands and the rest of the UK.

If you've been fundraising for Children in Need we would love to hear from you and have you join us.

The island has always been a big supporter of the charity and this year Jersey's hard work is on show for all to see.

Sir Terry Wogan said: "Each year we ask for the public to get behind 麻豆社 Children in Need and each year they surpass all our expectations.聽

"This year we're hoping that the people of Jersey will come together once again and help support the cause.聽

"Thanks to your donations we've been able to support projects working to benefit young lives, and you can see the money hard at work locally."

We would love you to turn up dressed as your childhood hero and tell us just what you've been doing to raise money. You'll also see the Children in Need choir singing live and much more.

David Ramsden, Chief Executive of 麻豆社 Children in Need, added: "We know that once again fundraisers in Jersey will go the extra mile to help disadvantaged children across the UK.

"Each year in schools, at work and at home you do amazing things, have fun and make a serious difference and you should be very proud."

The 麻豆社 Children in Need Appeal will return to 麻豆社 One on Friday 13th November. 聽
