Child benefits security scandal, the $100 laptop arrives in Nigeria, broadband in Taiwan. In the UK the private banking details of half the country, those receiving child benefit, have been lost. The scandal involved the UK government's internal mail. Also in the programme the arrival of the $100 laptop in Nigeria is greeted with children by delight and even remote areas of Taiwan now have broadband. Presenter: Gareth Mitchell.
