A look at the Thai government's attempts to reduce the transmission of the HIV virus. The programme reports on a huge publicity campaign which has urged 100 per cent use of condoms in order to prevent the spread of AIDS. The campaign included the compulsory use of condoms among those working Thailand's sex industry and those in the Thai army. The campaign appears to be working.
