Vian Dakhil, Iraq's only female Yazidi MP: 'No-one cares about the Yazidi'
More than a year after Islamic State's attack on the Yazidi people in Northern Iraq, the humanitarian situation is still dire.
At the height of the crisis, Iraq's only female Yazidi MP, Vian Dakhil, made an impassioned plea for help in the Iraqi Parliament, it was viewed hundreds of thousands of time online. Today, she says she is still waiting for the help her people need.
She told Today: "Don't forget my name is at the top of the list for ISIL. This is my community. ISIL kill us because we are a minority. And nobody cares about us. When I am speaking about this issue in the West, everyone says 'Oh yes sorry, we should help' but unfortunately nobody helps me, until now."
